TASK ACTION PLAN SCHEDULE AND SCOPE CHANGES At the Division staff meeting on December 5,1977, R. Mattson informed me that the Task Action Plan schedule and scope changes as set forth in my memorandum to R. Mattson, dated November T8,1977, were approved as stated. He also said this would be the last time such approval will be given without using the formal change procedure set forth in E. Case's memorandum, dated December 1, 1977.

Therefore, please revise your MIPC schedules accordingly and inform others that may be affected by the changes.

Let us now proceed and make every effort to meet these new schedules and implement the scope change for Plan A-39.
