Rogers, Licensing Engineer 2.0 Piping Reve df,1 cation Program I A meeting was held on November 13, 1985 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania between representatives of GPU Nuclear and the NRC staff to discuss the status of the current piping reverification program. The activity was l undertaken by the licensee in response to findings identified during the NRC Region I inspection for closeout of IEB 79-02 and 79-14 (Report N /85-14).

The licensee's representative provided: a sumrr.ary of the IEB 79-14 rever-ification scape, status of inspection and completion schedule on a system by system basis, description of activities and cempletion schedule on a system by system basis, description of activities performed on site and at the corporate office, results of technical evaluations, and identified nonconformances requiring rewor Details of the above activities were provided by the licensee during the meeting and are enclosed with this meeting report (Attachment 1).

Tentative plans were made for a meeting between GPU Nuclear and the NRC in Region I office in May 1986 to review the status of the IEB 79-14 reverification program effor *

Changes to the completion schedules proposed in Report 50-219/85-22 were discussed. These changes were transmitted in the licensee's letter dated November 7, 198 *

Licensee reinspection activities related to IEB 79-02 findings will be completed in April 198 In the scope of this program, the licensee will perform individual anchor bolt pull testin *

Licensee re-anilysis for IEB 79-14 will be completed before restart from outage Ill, except for recirculation hangers inside the drywel *

The specifications and criteria for performing engineering evalua-tions related to IEB 79-02 and 79-14 reverification programs have been approved for use in October 198 ,
