This letter is to approve the use of Mr. Charles it. Rice of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Dr. William Stratton, Associate Professor of Idaho State University, as subcontractors to assist the Idaho National Engineering i
Laboratory (INEL) in Projact 2 (Comanche Peak) in the subject existing program. By letter dated July 17, 1984, Mr. L.P. Leach of INEL requested r
that these individuals be approved as subcontractors.
Based on the infomation in the above letter and discussions with Mr. Carl Obenchain of INEL, we conclude that the above two individuals are technically qualified to work on Project 2 of the program, that there is no apparent conflict of interest in having them work on Project 2 of the program and that these individuals will work with Mr. Bruce L. Kaplan of INEL who can defend l
the results of the subcontractor's work.
t No changes to the Statement of Work for this program are authorized without prior written approval from me.
