The NRC contract expired February, 1984, and I am now seeking further consulting work.

EXPERIENCE January, 1982 - Consultant on contract to Region IV, USNRC.
February, 1984 Prepared written testimony and presented oral testimony at early operating license hearing for STP in 1981.
Served as coordinator for Region IV construction inspection activities at STP during the transition from Brown & Root as A/E and constructor to Bechtel as A/E and construction manager 3-and Ebasco as constructor.
Planned inspection activities, coordinated ' inspections with Region IV personnel, performed inspections and documented results in monthly inspection reports.
Participated in inspections of the STP audit and construction deficiency reporting systems after the transition period ended.

Prepared reports of inspections. Made frequent contacts with licensee management. Prepared written testimony and presented oral testimony during hearings for construction permit (Black Fox) and operating license (STP).
