Areas Inspected:
Included a review of the status of implementation,

installation, and operability of the security program and the preoperational testing program for security-related equipment.
Specifically, the inspection covered: Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Security System Power Supply; Access Control - Personnel; Detection Aids - Vital Areas; Alarm Stations; and Review of I.E. Information Notice No. 85-79.
This inspection involved 75 inspector-hours by three NRC inspectors.
Results:
Implementation of the security program appears to be progressing adequately, although some critical tasks must be completed prior to licensing.
No violations were identified.
Three of the remaining six inspection modules and I.E. Information Notice No. 85-79 are considered closed. All open items previously identified in the three modules being closed have been adequately addressed and are considered closed.
