2.2 .1 The Nuclear Training Superintendent shall review evaluation resuits and assign responsibility for necessary prograra revisions. Revisions shall be maae in accordance with DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLDIENTATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMS AND MATERIALS (TDP.5).
Revisions will be initiated by submitting Enclosure 4.4, completed with sufficient details to the cognizant training supervisor for review. Revisions other than Editorial in nature snall receive the 2a sana review and approval as the original accument. Editorici changes may be approved by the cognizant training supervisor.
Enclosure 4.4 shall serve as the recora of revision approval. The completed uriginal will be' retained in cnronological oraer following the prograd or program segment cover sheet f ri the master files. Each
,cov r sheet will reflect use latest revision number.
Revision of a program or portion of a prograu will not require Plant Review Cocunittee ana/or plant Superintencent approval unless there is a station license requirement defined by Technical Specifications.
The Nuclear Training Superintendent may request a review of arty program revision.
