3.0 PROCEDURE
.1 The Nuclear Training Superintendent shall schedule and conduct meetings with the.various Division Superintendents to discuss the following:
.1 Normal training needs.

.2 Deficiencies in training concerning:
l
.1 Perfomance of personnel in applicable areas following training.
.2 Training needed in specific areas to improve personnel perfomance.
.3 Ad.11tional training needs relating to:
I
.1 Changes or additions of industry regulations.
.2 Changes or additions to plant procedures or equipment.
.3 Lessons learned in plant or from other industry sources.
.4 Changes or additions to INP0 Criteria and Guidelines.
.2 The Nuclear Training Superintendent shall maintain a record of the findings and recommendations generated by the meetings and of the resulting actions taken, in accordance with TRAINING DIVISION RECORD
(
KEEPING (TDP.7).
.1 Findings and recornendations will be used,as part of training program evaluations in accordance with EVALUATION AND REVISIONS OF TRAINING PROGRAMS (TDP.6).
