dated February 8, 2017 By the Reference letter dated February 18, 2017, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) notified the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of its decision to permanently cease power operations at Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2 (1P2) by April 30, 2020 pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.82(a)(1)(i).
