Contract No. NRC-17-84-327 Work Order Nos.137 an'd 138 We are returning two transcripts for correction (Commission meetings of September 6 and September 7,1984).

Both contain errors which clearly call into question your transcript audit procedure.

Both have speakers who take part in the discussion but whose names a're not on the list of speakers.

One has an incorrect date.

While these errors do not involve the deliberations and appear to be only of mine,r significance, they do involve essential elements of the Commission meeting and could be potentially embarassing if not caught prior to distribution.
