Areas Insoected:
Routine, unannouncea inspection of :ne licensee's ::nysical security program. The areas inspected within tne pnysical security program included management effectiveness security program, reports and recorcs, assessment aids, and protected area detection aids.
Results: Within the areas inspected, one violation ana one noncitea violation were identified.

The inspectors determined that licensee security management had recucea the size of the security organization without first changing the security program to provide for a smaller security force.
The licensee failed to recesign :ne protection system so that it was capable of meeting certain safeguard contitaency countermeasures with the reduced security cersonnel available eacn shift.
