This is in response to your letter of February 26, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), records relating l
to NRC FIN No. 80489, " Containment Leak Rate Testing Program" and records of any and all contracts between Quadrex and the NRC.
The documents identified on the enclosed appendix relating to FIN No. B0489 were made available for public inspection and copying, in advance of this letter, in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) on March 20, 1985, to facilitate your inspection of these records during your planned visit to NRC headquarters on that day.
The staff has informed us that the NRC has never had a contract with Quadrex and therefore the NRC has no document subject to that portion of your request.
Your request for documents at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory relating to FIN No. B0489 should be directed to:
