Dear Sir:
Enclosed are eleven petitions by various parties, all of who-I represent, for Leave to Intervene and Request for a Hearing in the above-styled matter to be considered by your Uranium Licensing 3 ranch.
Also enclosed is a notice of appearance of attorney Julian McPhillips and a motion for an extension of time to file petitions for leave to intervene and request a hearing.
Please note that scme of the petitions have affidavits attached to them and some do not.
It is my position that the af fi-davits are unnecessary and that the verifications serve the same purpose.
However, some of the affidavits were included anyway, lest there be any cuestions.
