Comes now the intervenor-to-be Randy Aronov and, on his own behalf and on behalf of other interested parties moves the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Control Commission to grant a 2 month ex-tension of time in which to make comments on the scope of the proposed environmental impact in the above-captioned application.

As grounds therefore, the intervenor-to-be shown unto the Commission the following:

At the scoping meeting of Thursday night, March 27, 1

April 3 and April 7, 1990 deadlines were incerrect and that comments could actually be made up until the time the licensing application is completed. Such a comment created confusion on the part of many people attending the meeting.
