Petitioner lives and works in close proximity to the proposed fecility.
B.
Petitioner would be affected by any release of radiation into the environment.
C.
Tetitioncr would be affceted by any accident in-volving transportation of uranium to the f acility or of fuel pellets frem the facitility.
D.
Petitioner wculd to af ected by releases of red-iation from waste storage containers which are to bc located at the proposed facility.
E.
Petitiener would be af fected by ary accident which occurred as a result o f n:.be tc.;c, geological upneavals, flooding, tornadcos, or fer any other caucos, r.
