At the secping meeting of Thursday night, March 27, 1980 in Prattville, Alabama it was stated by W T Crow of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Fuel Cycle and l

that the proposed April 3 and April 7, 1960 deadlines were incorrect and that ret:tions could actually be filed up until the time the licensing application is ccmpleted. Such a ecmment created confusion on the part of many people attending the meeting.
