w The Petitioner, The Safe Energy Alliance, Central Alabama, hereby moves for leave to intervene in the above-styled and numbered proceeding and states unto this Honorable Agency as follcws:
1.
The Petitioner censists of members who reside in Autauga, Montcomery, Elmcre and surrounding counties of Central Alchama.
2.
The Petitioner consists cf members who work in counties cf Central Alabama near the proposed Prattville, Alabama locatien cf a nuclear fuel fabrication plant to be constructed by Westing-house Electric Corpcraticn.
3.
The Petitioner consists of members who are people whose interests may be affected by the constructicn and operation of the preposed nuclear fuel fabrication plant in that:
A.
Petiticner's members live and werk in close proximity to be prepcsed facility.
B.
Petitiener's members wculd te affected by any release of radiatien into the environment.
C.
Petitioner's mercers would be affected by any accident involving transportttion of uranium to the f acility cr of fuel pellets fr m the.cci.ity.
