Petitioner would be affected by any accident in-volving transportation of uranium to tne f acility or of fuel pellets frcm the facitility.

III. The effect of the release of radicactive substances into the environment on ground water, possible cavern systems, underground streams, rivers and artisian wells.

The effect of the burial of radioactive wastes en these ground water systems, underground streams, rivers and artisian wells.

(a) economic ef f ects f rem disruption or disecntinuance of operations in years 5, 10, 20, 30 and 41.
(b) Econcmic and biological effects frem worst possible accident.
