This draft has neither received agional management mytew These nor peer review by the regional staff or the Senior Resident Inspector.
myiews, which are intended to ensure completeness and accuracy, am expected to be completed within a few days after which a final report will be transmitted to you.
The draft document contains the facts and circumstances surrounding the events, as detemined by the Region I Task Force, and contains their conclusions based upon data collected and interviews conducted with station personnel.
Enclosures to the final report, which represent selected data collected by the Task Force, are being forwarded to you separately in advance of the final mport.
