To obtain a copy of "...the handbook or the specification manual that describes the requirements and the testing procedures..." for the diesel ger.:rators to be ~ used'at the Shoreham nucle ~ar plant, 'I suggest 7

you contact the Long Island Lighting Company and/or the manufacturer

of the diesel generators.

It is possible that a copy might be-included in the Shoreham docket file in the NRC's Public Document Room here in Washington, but I doubt it.
