My search included my personal files and those maintained.by Licensing Branch No. 4.
Documents located by E. Adensam are also incladed.
FOIA 83-451 s.
This FOIA asks for documents relevant.to consideration of the TERA Corporation's IDCV program as one of the pilot programs under Section 13, Public Law 97-415 (i.e., the " Ford Amendment"). Ms. Garde identifies three meetings of specific interest, one of which occurred on June 22, 1983.
The three meetings are aknowledged in TERA's July 15, 1983, Monthly Status Report (page 2 and Attachment 1, pages 5 and 6), publicly available.
I visited the TERA Corporation on June 22, 1983, on a matter relevant to aspects of the IDCV program, but only remotely related to any consideration pursuant to Section 13, Public Law 97-415. My trip report dated July 1,1983, is publicly available and is also attached. Note that the trip report inadvertantly identified the meeting date as April 22, 1983, rather than June 22, 1983. Also attached in my note to T. Novak of June 20, 1983, D. Eisenhut's June 2,1983 memo, and B. Grime's May 5,1983 memo.
I find no documents regarding the other two meetings, and I did not attend them. They were attended by IE personnel (B. Grimes, J. Stone, etc.).
F0IA 83-452 A transcript of the June 15, 1983, open Commission briefing was made and is publicly available. I also recall that the viewgraph slides I used during tha briefing were inadvertantly omitted from the transcript and were forwarded by a followup letter.
I am unable to locate the followup letter, but I believe it received the same distribution as the transcript and, therefore, should also be publicly available. I find no related documents that are not publicly available.
