S 50.80 to an effective change of control over GSU and, pursuant to 1

S 50.90, for a license amendment to the River Bend Station - Unit 1
(" River Bend") Facility Operating License NPF-47
(" License"), to reflect such consent.
By notice published in the Federal Register on March 25, 1993 (58 Fed. Reg. 16,246), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC" or " Commission") provided an opportunity to comment on or to provide information relating to ~any antitrust issues believed to be i
raised by the transfer of ownership request for the NRC Staff's consideration in connection with the "significant change" finding l
that it must make.
In response to this notice, a number of entities filed comments.
