Re:

Turkey Point Unit No. 4 Docket No. 50-251 Inspection of Safety Related Hydraulic Pipe Restraints Inaccessible During Power Operation on January 6, 1975, during an outage to repair a main condenser vacuum leak, an inspection of the subject restraints was per-formen in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 1973.

One out of 50 restraints had an indicated fluid level below the minimum acceptable level and was replaced with a spare unit.

This restraint was located in the top of the pressurizer compart-ment on the Reactor Coolant System pressure relief piping.
