The next inaccessible during operation on Turkey Point Unit No.

13, 1975 based on the 120 day interw l cstablished occur about April the Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 197~.>.

hv Turkey Point Unit No. 4 will be shutdown for refueling at that time and it will be necessary to shut Unit 3 down during the annual safeguards test which will occur the last week in April or the first week in May.

To reduce the number and extent of Unit 3 outages during Unit 4 your permission to extend the 120.Way refueling, we request l

inspection interval for hydraulic pipe restraints to 150 days.
