Re:

Turkey Point Unit No. 4 Docket No. 50-251 Inspection of Accessible Hydraulic Pipe Restraints Inspection of the safety related hydraulic pipe restraints has been completed in accordance with the continuing requirements of 6

the Directorate of Licensing letter dated November 8, 1973.

The inspection nhowed that two of the twenty restraints inspected r

had hydraulic fluid levels which were below the minimum allowabic level.

These were replaced with spare units.
