Turkey Point Unit No. 4 - Docket No. 50-251 Safety Related Hydraulic Pipe Restraints Accessible During Power Operation Inspection of the subject restraints in accordance with the continuing requirements of the Directorate of Licensing letter of November 8, 1973, was completed on January 15, 1975.
Two of the fifteen restraints inspected had indicated fluid levels below the minimum allowable level and were replaced with spare units.
These restraints were located on the main steam piping.
