Proposed Change NPF-10-8 is a request to revise Technical Specification 3/4.6.3, CONTAINMENT ISOLATION VALVES, to clarify determination of valve operability and the Actions to be taken should a valve become inoperable.
Proposed Change NPF-10-108 is a request to revise Technical Specification Table 3.8-1, CONTAINNENT PENETRATION CONDUCTOR OVERCURRENT PROTECTIVE DEVICES, to correct equipment disignations.
Proposed Change NPF-10-111 is a request to revise Technical Specification 3/4.11.2. Table 4.11-2, RADI0AC11VE GASEOUS WASTE SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS PROGRAM and to add a new Technical Specification 3.11.2.7, RADI0 ACTIVE EFFLUENTS, AUXILIARY BOILER, in order to factittate an exemption 8405010378 840427 PDR ADOCK 05000361 P PDM

i to 10 CFR 20.305 via Technical Specification changes to allow disposal of '
radioactively contaminated Reactor Coolant Pump (RCP) motor oil, turbine building sump, and other waste oil by incineration.
Proposed Change NPF-10-114 is a request to revise Technical Specification 4.6.1.6 CONTAINMENT TENDONS. The proposed change clarifies the containment tendon surveillance requirements to be consistent with the current surveillance program and to reduce surveillance requirements based on anchorage accessability.
Proposed Change NPF-10-119 is a request to revise Technical Specification Bases 3/4.2.3, AZIMUTHAL POWER TILT-Tq, to correctly indicate that COLSS calculates azimuthal power tilt based on its input from the fixed incore detectors and has no connection with the CPC's.
Proposed Change NPf-10-123 is a request to revise Technical Specification 2.0 Bases, DNBR-LOW, to clarify and make editorial changes.
Proposed Change NPF-10-125 is a request to revise Technical Specification 3/4.6.2.2, IODINE REMOVAL SYSTEM, to correct wording regarding spray chemical solution temperature requirements. Additionally, the proposed change provides percent tank levels which correspond to the minimum required usable spray chemical solution volume.

Proposed Change NPF-10-127 is a request to add Technical Specification 3/4.7.10. " EMERGENCY CHILLEO WATER SYSTEM" (ECWS), to delineate the Limiting Condition for Operation requirements and surveillance requirements for the ECWS.
Proposed Change NPf-10-130 is a request to delete License Condition 2.C(4), CONTAINMENT TENDON SURVEILLANCE since submittal of the currently implemented containment tendon surveillance program meets the intent of the license condition.
Propnsed Change NPF-10-134 is a request to revise Technical Specification 2.2.2 Table 2.2-2, CORE PROTECTION CALCULATOR ADDRESSABLE CONSTANTS, to ailow changes to the value of the addressable flow calibration constant, FC2, without approval of the Onsite Review Committee (OSRC).
Proposed Change NPF-10-135 is a request to revise Technical Specification i Table 3.3-4, ENGINEERED SAFETY FEATURES ACTUATION SYSTEM INSTRUMENTATION TRIP '
