l An unplanned-release occurred from the Unit 1 Annulus on March 30, 1991,-
i between 1330 and 1730:(with actual total release time of-2 hours-and 15 i
minutes).
This release occurred when penetrations M394 and~M395 were.
opened, allowing the annulus-to become pres.surized from containment.
The boot seal on the equipment hatch was open to run cable into l
containment for.the refueling outage.
GWR //95 was used to account for-the activity released. Totai activity released was=0.1934 Curies. RITA /191-85L was written to document release-calculations and verify no regulatory limits were exceeded.
