D. Benvie inquired what the restrictions are on issuing new change docurents E. Cviki stated during this time period prior to resolution of the SWO.

J. Fisher said the pier deflecticn criteria for triggering rejacking of the E/'J 8 grillages has been deleted in favor of a dif ferential movement limitation This modification resulted from between the C?A wing and the Control Tower.

J. Fisher stated that MPQAD has verified that the actions proposed to correct vendor print documentation have been completed. CPCo should issue a letter today to the Stone & Webster CIO group advising that the five (5) soils Docu-ment Control stations are ready for an audit.

J. Fisher summarized the conclusions of a meeting held earlier today on the use of the electrical and mechanical reference drawings by FSO in the underpinning work. FSO has isolated and reviewed these drawings for impact on the issuance of Concrete Drill permits and Excavation permits. The list will be forwarded to MPQAD soils for verification.

The specification on Anchor Installations has been cleared allowing Hilti-bolt installations to proceed when the Stop Work Order is lifted.

J. Schaub said CPCo will contact the NRC today concerning the letter approving CPCo resolution of crack monitoring issues. (INFORMATION ITEM)

New Items Item 67 SWPS Work Activities, Fisher reported that when the SWO is lifted the upper ten (10) feet of fill J.soils along the north side of the structure will be stabilized by grouting prior

Item 67 East EPA Crack Monitoring.

E. Cvikl reported that WJE is in the process of performing crack monitoring on the east EPA walls and floors.

In the process, two (2) 10-mil (alert level) cracks have been identified and reported to the RSE.

Response Items Itent 67 East EPA Crack Monitoring E. Cviki reported the crack monitoring of the East EPA has been completed. The CTL.

The alert' level cracks have been reviewed by.the program consultant, consultant reported that the cracks were previously identified in their report of January,:1982, to CPCo Therefore, the cracks were not the result of recent construction activities. The Assessment Team has observed the cracks and reviewed the CTL report and is satisfied with the resolution. (CLOSES ITEM 67-11) l

J. McMaster reported all U.S. Testing manuals have been re-distributed and the self-imposed hold on work by U.S. Testing has been lifted. CPCo has requested in the future, bocument Control should not withdraw all manuals when a that defic.'ency is found in the filing of one manual. The Assessment Team is sat-isfied with the resolution of this item.
