Module 13C of the Vogtle Unit 1 Readiness Review Program, entitled Post-Tensioned Containment, is enclosed for review and acceptance by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Based on.the review detailed in this module, I am of the opinion that adeqbate controls exist to ensute'the quality of work and the implementation of specific FSAR commitments within the scope of the module.
Moreover, none of the findings identified, either individually or collectively, are such that the adequacy of the project containment post-tensioning system is called into question.
The information herein is, to the best of my knowledge, factual and technically correct.
