72 Grandview Blvd Yonkers, NY, 10710 Email: john@ewing.org General Comment This concerns ID NRC-2020-0021 I am deeply concerned about the plan to transfer licenses to Holtec corporation. There is ample evidence, both from reporting and from whistle-blowers, that Holtec is unreliable and dishonest. Giving it the responsibility to close down the two Indian Point reactors is irresponsible and shamefully so. The consequences of a likely mistakes by a company such as this would be catastrophic, on scale far beyond anything the country has seen before. Please, please, please find a responsible and reliable company to do the work.
