HOPE CREEK 1 OPERATING LICENSE REVIEW COSTS effective June lthe Commission's regulations for license fees was revised 10 CFR 170 of i

20, 1984. Section 170.12(b) of the revised rule provides -

that applications for operating license.(OL) review which have been pend-ing with the Consnission for six months or longer, the first bill for ac-cumulated review costs would be sent to the ap)11 cant at the time the rule becomes effective and at six-month intervals t1ereafter until the review is completed, whichever is earlier.
