' sunnarizes the results of our review of the Clinton 1 com-puter printouts (Enclosure 2) 3rovided by IE-HQ and the Regions. Of the 15.367.5 professional regular wurs expended by IE-HQ and the regional staffs through June 23. 1984, 16,143 hotars have been included for fee recovery purposes.
IE has no record of any contract costs for Clinton 1.
