Docket 50-289SP 1717 E Street, N.W.
T3!I-Unit 1 Washington, D.C.
20555 111ddletown, PA
Dear Sir:
I am requesting an affirmative decision on your part regarding the starting of Unit 1 at Three 1111e Island.
Negative votes will be akin to driving a car using only the rear-view mirror... who can advance progressively by viewing the past perpetually.
Unit 1 is capable of safelv returning to service with efficient, low unit /KWH cost.
Its current shut-down is unjust to those customers served by GPU and other util-ities.
Your support in returning this unit to service need not be venturesome, but rather an indomitable decision.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
