INTERNAL CORRESPONDENCE E. T. Still TO FROMJ.L. Kegin January 25, 1994 DATE su~ECT Burial Ground & Sanitary Lagoons Backfill Survey Data The attached documentation, for the Burial Ground and the Sanitary Lagoons, is support data to comply with condition 22.a of Amendment No. 9 to Cimarron Corp. Material License SNM-928 dated. December 28, 1992.

Supplied in this document you will find the data to support a walkover survey of both areas on a 10 meter x 10 meter grid.

Micro-R/Hr reading were taken and documented for both surface and one ( 1) meter above surface. Also on the 10 x 10 meter grid a computer data grid was selected to provide a thirty(30) percent random sampling of surface to six(6) inches depth.

This data is supplied for both uranium and thorium in both areas.

Samples of soil to be used for backfill was sent to Core Laboratories, Inc. in Casper, WY for Isotopic Analysis.

The Analytical Report is attached which should complete the data requested.

This information will also be the data for our final survey results.
