By letter dated December 7, 1992, you requested a license -" ndment to change the Technical Specifications to support a proposed spent' ;gl pool rerack at Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1.
Additional information con-...ing this application was provided in letters dated March 19, April 28, and May 14, 1993.
Enclosed is our Environmental Assessment related to this proposed action.
Based on our assessment, we have concluded that there are no significant radiological or non-radiological impacts associated with the proposed spent fuel pool rerack and that it will have no significant impact on the quality of the human environment.
We have also enclosed a Notice of Issuance of Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact. The notice is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
