Dear Mr. Marsh:
I was interviewed by your office conceming the discharge and reporting of radioactive materials in liquid efDuent from the Rancho Seco nuclear power station.
At the time of the interview,I was promissed a copy of the transcript for review and comment. I have not yet received the transcript.
During the past few weeks, we have had a number of telephone conversations conceming the above transcript and this letter is my formal written request for obtaining a copy. Please mail the transcript to my home address listed below. It is also my understanding that this transcript will not be made available to anyone representing the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, the American Nuclear Insurers, or anyone else without my express written consent.
