Dear Mr. Marsh:

A recent issue of the Sacramento Bee carried an article indicating that the NRC's investigation of liquid effluent releases'from Rancho Seco would soon be completed. When I was interyfewed, I was told that I would receive a copy of the transcript of the interview.

I have not yet received such a copy.

I am therefore writing to make a formal request for a copy of the i

transcript of my interview.
