    • Within 6 months of the effective date of this amendment (January 11, 1982) the licensee will submit further justification for this voltage setpoint and time delay or a proposed Technical Specification change for Units 1 and 2. The January 11, 1982 effective date is for Unit 1 only. For Unit 2 this limit is effective upon installation of the associated relays but in no case later than upon return to power from the spring 1982 refueling outage.
