DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 LOSS-OF-N7LTAGE RELAYS POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 Your letter dated October 31, 1983 transmitted Amendment Nos. 78 and 82 to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-24 and DPR-27 for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively.

These amendments consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications concerning new loss-of-voltage relays being installed at Point Beach.

This letter is in response to the request in your October 31 letter that we keep you informed with regard to the installation of the new 4160 volt loss-of-voltage relays.

We completed installation of these relays in Unit 1 during the steam generator replacement and refueling outage which ended in March 1984 and in Unit 2 during the recently completed _ refueling outage which ended in November 1984.

In accordance with your October 31 letter, the subject Technical Specification changes went into effect in March and November 1984 for Units 1 and 2, respectively.
