OPERATING LICENSE, 2:05 P.M.. THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 1981, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D.C. OFFICE (OPEN/ CLOSED MEETING) l The Comission was briefed in a public Comission meeting on the adequacy of the reactor operating staff for low-power operation at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Station.
The Comission requested 0GC to forward copies of the meeting transcript to the parties (to the proceeding) and allow them one week to coment, if they so desire.
(Subsequently, transcripts were mailed to the parties.)
The Comission, in closed session, discussed the status of the test j
program for PORVs.
