SECY-A-80-190/190A/190B -hVISIONSIN DRAFT BAILLY SHOW CAUSE p2 DER, 2.206 REQUESTS ON BAILLY This is to advise you that there is not a majority of the Commission in favor of issuing a show cause order with regard to the Bailly construction permit.
The Commission has also agreed to return to the staff for its consideration the pending 2.206 requests of the State of Illinois and the city of Gary, et al. on the Bailly CP.
