i I am responding to concerns that you brought to our attention on May 3,1991, alleging: (1) that -

i no work order existed during handling of an SRM Dry Tube on the Millstone 1 fueling floor and the work order is now being backdated; and (2) this is not the first time this event has occurred at Millstone.

l In regard to your first concern, we have initiated action to inspect this incident, and will inform you of our findings. In regard to your second concern, the previous incident you are referring a
