CRGR MEETIflG 14f, REF. B-56 RESOLUTION We have reviewed Enclosure 3 to the Minutes of CRGR Meeting No. 146 and agree with the recommendations previded. The Federal Register Notice (FRN) and Proposed Regulatory Guide 1.9, Revision 3 have been modified accordingly.
We also plan to make available the Bac kfit Analysis through. publication in the FRN. This analysis provides the stateTent that the proposed backfit is cost beneficial.
Discussions have been held with Messrs M. Chiramal and R. Singh of AEOD regarding utilizing data which mient be made available from INP0's industry-wide performance indicatcrs, which include ~ emergency ac power systems.
The availability of such data and details thereof'will be pursued in parallel with soliciting comments on RG 1.9, proposed Rev. 3.
Copies of the revised documents are enclosed.'
