Gentlemen:
1. r0 Enclosed are descriptions of two changes made at the Beaver Valley Power Station which affect the Physical Security Plan.
Both changes were reviewed and considered to be temporary changes with degradation to the Physical Security Plan. These temporary changes include:
(1) modification of the protected area fence and (2) modification of the automated access control system.
These changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d) and are thereby exampt from public disclosure.
