Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334 Physical Security Plan Gentlemen:

Enclosed are five (5) copies of a revised Physical Security Plan for the Beaver Valley Power Station.

Pages containing revised material are labeled Issue 2, Revision 7 and include revision bars in the right hand margins. Also enclosed is a brief summary of the changes made or to be made including implementation information.

These changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).

We believe that this revision of the Physical Security Plan is a Class Ill change as defined by 10 CFR 170.22 and therefore a $4,000 fee is enclosed.

The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d) and are thereby exempt from public disclosure.
