Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Physical Security Plan Gentlemen:
Enclosed are five (5) copies of the revised pages of Issue 2, Revision 8 of the Physical Security Plan for the Beaver Valley Power Station. This revision includes:
(1) an editorial clarification regarding perimeter boundary, (2) organizational changes as a result of the creation of a Nuclear Division within the Company, (3) clarification of requirements for safeguards equipment and (4) miscellaneous clitorial changes to the effected pages to clarify the content of those pages.
These changes, since they do noc decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We believe that this revision of the Physical Security Plan is a Class III change as defined by 10 CFR 170.22 and therefore a $4,000 fee is required. This fee is being submitted by separate correspondence.
In addition, we hereby notify you of our failure to comply with the notification provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) to the extent indicated in Attachment A.
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary unhr the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d) and are thereby exempt from public disclosure.
