Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 88, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-
- 72. Your expeditious review and approval of this proposed change will support startup of Crystal River Unit 3 from the current refueling outage.
This change request reflects interchange of safety rod groups 1 and 2 during the current refueling outage. This change was omitted from our original submittals of November i6 and 20,1981. This change, however, was reflected in BAW-1684 (Cycle 4 Reload Report) in the general description section (p. 3-4) but not in the proposed technical specification changes (Section S).
