Dear Mr. Denton:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), the Security Plan for Florida Power Corporation has been revised. and Attachment 2 are provided in compliance with reporting requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p). is an explanation of the changes to specific sections of the existing Security Plan. is a copy of the revised pages of the exiating Security Plan.

These pages were revised in response to violations cited in Inspection Report 81-06, and per a meeting conducted at the NRC Region II offices on June 5, 1981.

Florida Power Corporation regrets that a number of these revisions are being submitted late and will attempt to avoid such an occurrence in the future.

The attached js security related information and should be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.790(d).
