Dear Mr. DeYoung:
In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.c for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, Carolina Power and Light Company herewith submits the report of operation statistics and shutdown experience for the month of December,1982.
During a review of the November, 1982 Monthly Operations Report, two errors were discovered. The first error was in the Reactor Reserve Shutdown hours and occurred the last two times this value was calculated (November and December, 1981).
The second error was in the calculation of the unit forced outage rate for November,1982.
Revised pages for November,1981; December,1981; and November,1982 are enclosed. The December,1982 report reflects all the above corrections. The cumulative Reactor Reserve Shutdown hours as reported on the January thru October,1982 reports should be increased by 154.79 hours9.143519e-4 days <br />0.0219 hours <br />1.306217e-4 weeks <br />3.00595e-5 months <br />. Several steps are being taken to improve the quality of our monthly operating report including a second verification of calculated values prior to issuance of the repo rt.
