2 l2; ; During normal full power operation, refueling water tank level transmitter 1 LT-07-28 failed high. This transmitter provides an input to channel MB 9,,

g 3,4 i ; of the Recirculation Actuation Signal. The transmitter was calibrated and I i 3 jsi i returned to service. It subsequently failed again five days later.

3.3.2.1.b.I Previous LER's were 78-1, 79-35. The health and safety of the public was l go,,i; not affected. Redundant transmitters were operable.
